The Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) requires the Division of Banks to assess St. Mary's Credit Union’s record of meeting the needs of its entire assessment area, including low and moderate-income neighborhoods, consistent with safe and sound operation of the institution, according to the provisions set forth in 209 CMR 46.00.
